Job Description
Interior Health is seeking a permanent full‑time Business Partner, Work Design & Classification to support thoughtful organizational design and help advance fair, consistent, and modern workforce practices across the organization. This role plays a key part in shaping how teams are structured and how roles evolve to meet the needs of a dynamic healthcare environment.
Location: This position offers flexibility within the Interior Health region.
