Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a key role in delivering full-cycle recruitment support. This is a strategic position focused on attracting top talent, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and driving creative sourcing solutions.
What You’ll Do Here:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all open roles across Aecon's Utilities and Civil division. This includes sourcing, screening resumes, conducting telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and composing and extending job offersIdentify strategies and sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates for assigned portfolioEstablish connections, maintain and leverage a professional online and social media presence, and prospect talent through your networkProvide trusted advice to hiring managers by using diverse interviewing and assessment techn...
