About the Role
As the People & Talent Associate, you will play a key role in supporting both People Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition initiatives across Tarro. You will help drive a positive employee experience by supporting recruitment efforts, employee welfare, people operations, and day‑to‑day HR initiatives that align with Tarro’s overall people strategy.
Responsibilities
- You will leverage AI tools, automation, and scalable workflows to improve recruitment speed, quality, and candidate experience across the hiring lifecycle.
- You will support employees and managers with HR‑related questions, concerns, and policy guidance.
- You will assist in resolving employee concerns by coordinating with the appropriate People Team members and by using and maximizing internal AI tools to support DGT employees at scale.
