We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the complete online vehicle purchasing conversion funnel, coordinating local strategic projects, and driving overall operational efficiency to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize the entire online vehicle purchasing conversion funnel, including lead generation,customer contact, pre-approval submission, credit approval, dealer visits, and final vehicle purchase. Identify key customer drop-off points through data analysis and field/business observation, proposing and driving actionable improvements. Gather comprehensive feedback from customers, sales teams, dealers, OEMs, and financial partners, transforming insights into improvements for business processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.
