Business Lead

As part of Suzuki Coffee's regional growth strategy, we are seeking a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Business Lead to lead and grow our Malaysia business.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer based in Singapore, the Business Lead will be responsible for the overall commercial and operational performance of the Malaysia business. The role will drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence across the Sales, Supply Chain and Technical functions.

The Business Lead will provide leadership to the Sales and Technical teams while overseeing the effectiveness of the country's operational support functions.

Working closely with regional Commercial, Product, Operations and Corporate Services teams, the role is responsible for ensuring disciplined business execution, operational controls and an exceptional customer experience.
