This role is responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models in a hands-on capacity, while writing and optimizing SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs. The individual will support over 300 business users, delivering reports and enhancements, and partnering closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions. They will own a consistent pipeline of work, including developing new reports, executing enhancements and regression updates, and performing data validation and QA to ensure accuracy. Additionally, this person will contribute to ongoing Microsoft Fabric migration efforts, ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization across all reporting, and maintain clear documentation for data models, logic, and processes (approximately 10% of the role).
