- Conduct external industry/market research and leverage data to analyze competitors & market environment. Identify opportunities & risks, interpret impact on business.
- Independ to establish the business analysis framework, mining problems from mass data and refining insights on regular basis.
- Use big data to understand user needs, build user persona, analyze sales activities, translating raw data into meaningful business insights.
- Build forecasts, recommendations and strategic / tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
- Working with team to initiate projects to increase effectiveness, bring analysis & execution power to the operation process.
- Coordination with regional, global organizations and other Business Units for strategic topics and projects.
