The role involves developing and executing digital business strategies, enhancing customer experience, increasing digital adoption, managing P& L, and collaborating with technology, product, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives within the financial services ecosystem.

Develop and execute the digital business strategy aligned with organizational goals. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through digital channels. Identify new digital business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Own and manage the digital business P& L.
