Business Growth Strategist

Role Description

The Business Growth Strategist is a full-time, on‑site role based in Johar Town, focused on driving sustainable growth for DeveloperTag and its clients. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with marketing to design and execute campaigns that attract and retain clients. The role involves planning and coordinating events or activations to enhance brand visibility, nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and using CRM tools to track interactions and performance metrics. The Business Growth Strategist will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align growth initiatives with service offerings, prepare proposals and presentations, and provide regular insights and reports on market trends, customer needs, and business performance.
