• Manage daily business operations to maintain smooth and efficient workflows
• Coordinate quality‑related activities and documentation with internal teams, manufacturers, and partners to ensure product standards
• Track and follow up on action items to facilitate cross‑functional communication and maintain accurate project and quality records
