Business Excellence Manager – Job Description

Implement key business improvement initiatives at the site. Lead, analyze, design, and improve business processes using Six Sigma and Lean principles. Mentor associate management and execute projects, ensuring tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and JJPS Excellence principles/tools.
• Deliver process performance improvements around Quality, Product Supply, and Cost.
• Lead site process improvement initiatives and projects, including managing resources, timelines, and change management.
• Collaborate and partner with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Develop Lean and Six Sigma capabilities through coaching and mentoring at all levels.
• Create sustained business improvement results through DMAIC and Lean.
