High-Impact Hunter Sales Role in Transportation – Build New Business Across Intermodal, LTL & TL Markets. Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Business Development Transportation role in the transportation industry in Brampton, Ontario. We’re seeking a high-performing, new business hunter to drive growth across intermodal, LTL, and full truckload services in a hybrid sales role. This position is focused on winning net-new accounts, building a strong pipeline, and closing complex logistics deals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and referrals.
- Develop and present tailored transportation solutions and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
- Manage and maintain client relationships with limited account management focus.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.
