Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
Qualify leads and gather accurate project information
Build relationships with architects, contractors, designers, developers, and decision-makers
Follow company scripts, processes, and qualification guidelines
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
