Job Description

Role Responsibilities
Supervise a team of Pantry executives, including roster arrangement, assign duties, performance management, and providing training when necessary.
Coordinate between customers & Pantry executives to maintain good daily operation & customer engagement.
Communicate with customers on a regular basis to confirm snacks & drinks replenishment. Provide inventory reports to customers.
Liaise with internal cross functions department to ensure smooth operation
Inspect and verify the quality and freshness of fruits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Review and confirm the accuracy and presentation of gift pack
Handle customers complaint when necessary
Handle Ad-hoc duties with hands-on experience
Job Requirements
DSE or above
Minimum 2 years work experiences of which customer-facing will be an advantage
With facilities management experience is advantageous<...
