Role

Business Development Representative (BDR). Call US companies, speak to IT managers, and generate leads by setting up meetings between prospects and our clients’ sales representatives. No selling occurs on the phone.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with key decision‑makers: connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup.
  • Spark interest: present our client’s innovative IT solutions and demonstrate how they can optimise processes and increase productivity.
  • Create high‑value opportunities: arrange meetings between prospects and our client’s sales experts to advance the conversation.
Qualifications
  • C2 English proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not required.
