We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You'll be the engine behind our pipeline - identifying the right companies, picking up the phone, and creating the opportunities that our senior BD team converts into deals.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls daily to large commercial fleet operators - including last-mile delivery, field service (HVAC, telecom, utilities), and trade & contractor fleets
• Research companies and identify key decision-makers before you call
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the senior BD team
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists in HubSpot
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM data so the team can move fast
