We are a growing commercial cleaning company providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services to businesses nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to help us build and scale our B2B sales operation from the ground up.
Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for generating new B2B opportunities through outbound prospecting. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and has experience building a sales pipeline from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify B2B clients (offices, medical facilities, retail, warehouses, etc.)
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
