Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within commercial, industrial, and/or infrastructure construction markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including owners, developers, architects, and subcontractors
  • Leverage industry knowledge to position the company for upcoming projects, bids, and negotiated work
  • Collaborate with estimating, project management, and operations teams to support proposals and presentations
  • Track and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle—from lead generation through contract award
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and association meetings to build brand presence
