Job Overview

Anteriad is a B2B sales and marketing agency that works with major technology companies. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will call companies in Australia and New Zealand, speaking to IT managers to generate leads and set up meetings between the IT manager and the client’s sales representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with potential clients in Australia and New Zealand by phone.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings between the IT manager and the client’s sales team.
  • Collaborate with client sales experts during the Warm Handover process to learn industry insights and expand the network of decision makers.
  • Participate in a four‑week onboarding program at our Las Rozas office to prepare for the role.
  • After the first month, work full‑time remotely (5:00–11:00) with occasional office days scheduled twice a month.
