TEKsystems is seeking a Business Development Representative to support a growing pipeline within the public sector in Hawaii.
This role sits within the Business Development function and is responsible for enabling efficient execution of opportunities from intake through proposal and handoff to delivery.
This is not a quota-carrying sales role.
This is a high-impact coordination and operations role that works closely with Business Development Leads, delivery teams, and clients to ensure opportunities are well-structured, clearly defined, and ready for execution.
Location Requirement
• Must be based on Oahu, Hawaii
• This is an on-site role (with limited flexibility)
• Candidate must be able to attend in-person internal and client meetings as needed
