Account Development Representative

The Account Development Representative position lays the foundation for a successful high-tech sales career. This entry-level role receives extensive training and mentoring for accelerated advancement within Nextiva's Inside Expansion Department. In this position, you will learn how to handle a full-cycle consultative sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Through prospecting and inbound/outbound campaigns to Nextiva's customers, identify and qualify booking opportunities in our existing Mid-Market Customer Accounts that have between 250 and 2,500 users.
  • Partner closely with Nextiva's Expansion Sales Team; passing on bookings and leads.
  • Provide Amazing Customer Service.
  • Demo Nextiva products to customers utilizing our self-serve tools.
  • Learn how to walk customers through self-serve demos.
