About the Team

Workday is looking for Business Development Representatives to join our expanding DACH team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves proactively building relationships with prospects, collaborating closely with our account executive team across EMEA, and developing sales activity across the region.

About the Role

In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long‑standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications. You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.
