1. Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling
Conduct high-volume cold calling to Hotels “Hospitality” owners and decision-makers across Australia.Qualify prospects by identifying pain points, current solutions, and readiness to explore digital automation or operational improvements.Maintain consistent daily activity targets (calls, conversations, booked meetings).Use structured discovery questions to understand business needs and position the right solutions.2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
Research and identify restaurant leads using multiple channels (databases, social platforms, industry lists).Validate the accuracy of lead information and keep all data updated in the CRM.Prioritize leads based on potential value and readiness to engage.3. Meeting Booking & SDR Handoffs
