PNC Business Credit is a leading provider of flexible financing solutions for private equity firms, offering private credit, cash flow revolvers and Term Loan A, software/ARR lending, ABL, BSL, and other senior secured products. Based in Los Angeles, the team originates, structures, and executes PE backed leveraged buyouts, recaps, and refinancing's through long standing sponsor and advisor relationships.
