Job Description

Purpose
The Business Development & Offering Specialist supports Maintenance Offering and Sales Development Manager in developing and implementing maintenance sales approach and offering in a frontline. You will analyse related KPIs, proposes improvement actions, supports in rollout of KW programs and trains sales teams in the usage of sales- and sales management tools.

Key Responsibilities
Analyses maintenance offering and pricing data and KPIs
Identifies and proposes concrete improvement actions based on analysis
Maintains sales and tendering tools and price lists
Trains sales teams in usage of sales-, tendering and sales management tools
Support sales teams in optimizing dimensioning by sales role and in assigning clear responsibilities for each sales team member, given local business characteristics (e.g. LIS-base, of customers by -group and -segment, renegotiation and conversion volumes, o...
