Business Development Manager-Youth Job Placements Salary: R700 000 per annum Contact Type: 2-year fixed term contract Job Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to build and manage strategic employer partnerships across Southern Africa (Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, and Zambia). The successful candidate will identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with corporate, public sector, and industry bodies to secure one-year graduate placement opportunities for programme participants. This role will drive business development, strengthen employer engagement, and position the programme as a trusted source of graduate talent across the region.
