About the Role
IntelliDyne is a well-established government IT services firm with anchor contracts supporting DOJ and DHA. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to own and grow our pipeline across DOJ and new customer sets, with a mandate to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities that materially scale company revenue over the next 12-24 months. This is a hands-on, individually accountable role, not a strategy or thought-leadership position. You will own deals from identification through award.
What You’ll Own
You will build and maintain a qualified pipeline of DOJ and other opportunities, with “qualified” meaning you can name the incumbent, the contract vehicle, the customer’s budget posture, and a realistic path to win, not just an entry in a CRM. You’ll support tracking the top 15 opportunities and run capture on 3-6 prio...
