About the Role


NxtWave is seeking a professional and execution-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and coordinate relationships with Admission Consultants (ACs) across assigned regions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling consultant communications, driving engagement, managing operational workflows, supporting conversions through demos and follow-ups, and ensuring strong coordination between consultants and internal teams.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, operational discipline, and team coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Admission Consultant (AC) Management

  • Manage relationships with assigned Admission Consultants (ACs).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for consultant communication and operational support.
