Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in solution-led, consultative B2B sales , ideally within wellbeing, culture change, organisational development, or a related environment.

This role is weighted towards new business development (approximately 70%) , alongside responsibility for developing and growing existing client relationships (30%) .
