Job Description
Develop and execute strategies to expand the Eramas presence in both local and international markets for functional food ingredients, nutraceutical ingredients, plant-based powders, and specialty food solutions.
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, manufacturers, brand owners, OEM/ODM partners, healthcare companies, FMCG companies, and foodservice customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, strategic partners, and key industry stakeholders across ASEAN and export markets.
Drive sales growth by managing the full commercial cycle including lead generation, customer presentations, product pitching, technical discussions, negotiations, quotations, and contract finalisation.
Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and operations teams to develop commercially viable ingredient solutions aligned with customer requirements and market trends.
