Principal Missions

  • Identify and qualify new market and customer targets to increase portfolio diversification
  • Manage customer relationships and satisfaction whilst ensuring existing customer diversification
  • Manage reporting to achieve business development targets
  • Promote and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, target, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
  • Develop and execute tailored outreach plans to engage prospective clients and partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, contract signature, overdue management.
  • Work together with KAMs to ensure global consistency
