We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Engineer to lead commercial strategy and execution for our Magnetic Product Line — including transformers, inductors, and related assemblies—across the North American market. This role is central to driving revenue, innovation, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management and R&D to develop product policies aligned with market expectations. Dive deep into BOMs, understand cost structures, and liaise closely with procurement.
Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts in partnership with the sales team.
Provide direction to Sales and Engineering during prospecting, pipeline development, and new product introductions.
Partner with R&D to shape and maintain product and technology roadmaps.
