Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within targeted industries.
• Generate new sales leads to promote staffing services including Contract Staffing, Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll Outsourcing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
• Prepare customized proposals, service agreements, and commercial quotations pricing negotiation and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers including HR Directors, HR Managers, Procurement Managers, and Business Leaders.
• Work closely with Internal Recruitment Consultants, Delivery Teams, Operations, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements.
