Business Development Manager (Interior Design)

Monthly Salary: up to $7,000 (Negotiable). Working Address: Central Business District. Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Our client is a leading Japanese interior design & build firm with over 35 years of history in Singapore and a project portfolio spanning department stores, specialty retail, F&B and corporate spaces across Asia (Japan, Taiwan, China, Vietnam and Malaysia). As the firm expands into the corporate office and workplace transformation market, a brand-new hunter-type Business Development Manager position is being created to lead this expansion from the ground up.

• Identify and develop new office fit-out, renovation and workplace transformation opportunities (full cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing)
• Catch office relocation and repositioning plans of Singapore-based corporates early, and position the firm ahead of the tender
