Business Development Manager

In this role, you will focus on strengthening and expanding our customer base within the maritime sector by developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts. You will act as a trusted commercial partner, combining relationship management with proactive business development to deliver customer-focused solutions and sustainable growth. Based in Ijmuiden, you will ensure timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the sales process.

You will contribute to the growth of our local maritime business and long-term customer relationships by identifying opportunities, developing key accounts, and delivering commercial solutions that create value for customers. The role sits within our Sales team, which consists of business development managers, account managers, sales support professionals, and technical specialists who work together to deliver high-quality solutions and services, and reports to the Global Business Development Director Regional Sales.
