NBMC is a bilingual, non-profit umbrella organization supporting multicultural/ethno-cultural associations and immigrant-serving agencies in New Brunswick.

This role combines employer engagement/workforce integration work with leadership and growth of NBMC's social enterprise model .

Key responsibilities

• Lead outreach and facilitate employer feedback forums; maintain engagement with employers and system actors.

• Support national data collection tools and contribute to employer/stakeholder learning resources.

• Provide regional insights for analysis and evaluation activities.

• Build and execute the long-term plan for NBMC's social enterprise model, including market research and growth opportunities.
