Role Overview

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a Yorkshire territory, identifying new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. You will work closely with internal teams to maximise sales, grow margin and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively generating new business across your territory.
  • Managing and growing an existing customer base.
  • Delivering against sales and margin targets.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline.
  • Planning your own territory activity and customer visits.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to support campaigns and service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM activity, reporting and administration.
