Business Development Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy, the candidate is responsible for managing a portfolio, capture management execution, and building and developing relationships with industry peers and key decision makers.

The candidate will have knowledge of the PHD area and the ability to build upon an already existing network of professional relationships throughout the NAVSEA, NAWCWD and NAVFAC EXWC communities.

The candidate must reside in the Ventura County area.

This position will include a base salary, annual bonus, and industry leading benefits package.

Salary Range:

• $150k - $160k    Responsibilities Develop strategies and tactics for new business consistent with the corporate strategic plan.


• Develop and manage a pipeline focused on opportunities throughout the Ventura County and China Lake areas.
• Develop and participate in win strategies and negotiation of business agreements.
