Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients across IT, Product, Engineering, GCCs, startups, and enterprise organizations.
- Own the complete business lifecycle - from lead generation, client acquisition, commercial negotiations, and account growth to successful delivery and client retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue, profitability, and business expansion targets for the staffing vertical.
- Lead client presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations, including rate cards, MSAs, SOWs, and staffing contracts.
