About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who lives and breathes relationships — someone who already has a working network of architects, builders, real estate developers, and vendors, and knows how to convert those connections into steady project pipelines. This is a channel-partnership-first BD role, not a cold-outreach sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and expand a network of architects, builders, developers, and material/vendor partners as consistent referral channels
• Generate qualified project leads through channel relationships for high-end residential interior design and execution projects
• Represent The Artful Abode at industry events, architect meets, vendor expos, and trade forums
