Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Connect with school principals, management, and decision-makers through outbound calls. Generate and qualify leads for school partnerships, Career Fairs, Career Guidance Programs, and other B2B initiatives. Schedule meetings and online/offline presentations for the senior business team. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools across assigned regions. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful partnerships. Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit daily activity reports. Achieve monthly calling, meeting, and partnership targets. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales (Education industry preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven work. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Graduate in any discipline.
