Job Description
Generate new business opportunities for Farsight Technologies' HRMS solutions (SaaS & On-Premises). Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations. Understand client HR and payroll requirements and propose suitable HRMS solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets. Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Support teams for seamless customer onboarding. Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates. Bachelor's degree with 3–8 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in HRMS, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
