Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you’ll lead the development and management of customer accounts—primarily within the Canadian region—with some global engagement as needed. You’ll work closely with the North American sales team to provide training, share product updates, and serve as the subject matter expert. Your responsibilities will include identifying client needs, recommending tailored solutions, staying current on the latest technology and industry trends, and communicating effectively with clients. You’ll manage products from OEMs, collaborate with the pricing and inventory teams, and support overall portfolio strategy. As a key member of Alchemy’s global sales team, you’ll also work with leadership to develop and deliver strategic initiatives, uncover growth opportunities, and drive profitability. You’ll be responsible for both new and existing accounts, helping clients source used OEM products through our global trade-in and leasing programs.
