  • End to End Business Development: Drive the entire business development cycle from prospecting and cold calling to pitching, negotiating, closing deals, drafting agreements, maintaining long-term partnerships, and delivering post-event reports to ensure partnership success and continuous growth.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for the team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor partnership performance and prepare accurate, easy-to-understand reports.
  • Project Management: Planning and executing business development projects, working closely with Marketing, Esports, and Product teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct market research on the gaming industry, analyze competitor partnerships, and identify new growth opportunities.
