Job Description
Role Objective We are looking for a Business Development/ Client Development Manager who can drive revenue growth through both existing client expansion and new client acquisition. The role will involve managing assigned accounts, generating new hiring demand, building senior stakeholder relationships, creating new business opportunities, and working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful closures. The ideal candidate should be client-focused, commercially aware, target-driven, number-oriented, and strong in follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned client accounts while also identifying new business opportunities through regular engagement, structured follow-ups, and market outreach.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, TA teams, vendor managers, procurement, delivery stakeholders, and new client contacts to generate hiring demand.
