Job Description

The Business Development Associate plays a key role in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities in Contract Logistics (warehousing, distribution, and value-added services). This position supports the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal preparation and ensures a strong pipeline of prospects aligned with company strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers in target industries (e.g. automotive, home appliances, CPG, retail, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Support the preparation of customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Work closely with related teams to develop cost models and tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
