Job Description
Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for the profitable growth of the Industrial Gas (PGG) businesses in the geographical area assigned to him/her. He/she will have to win new business, develop new business for the direct channel, and increase revenue from the sale of gases from existing and new accounts from the assigned area. He/she will manage existing accounts and maintain relationships with them.
Principal Accountabilities
- To be responsible for sales of PGG and to achieve the target set in the geographical area assigned to him/her.
- To win new businesses (including new products from existing customers), prepare business proposals, and make presentations to potential customers.
- To identify new business opportunities from industrial listings or any other source of information, and prospect competitors’ customers through cold‑calling.
