What You'll Do
- Manage existing customer accounts and sales inquiries
- Collect monthly forecasts and process purchase orders
- Coordinate with production for delivery arrangement
- Monitor customer payments and follow up when necessary
- Support sales activities for Malaysia and Singapore markets
- Prepare sales documents, reports and coordination work
- Travel for business trips when required
