Inbound Lead Review & Qualification
Review all inbound merchant leads received via online forms, campaigns, and referrals
Assess merchant suitability based on Atome's target merchant profile and criteria
Categorise leads into qualified, needs further assessment, or not suitable
Merchant Outreach & Pitching
Reach out to qualified inbound merchants via phone, email, or messaging platforms
Explain Atome's product offering, commercials, and settlement process clearly
Address basic merchant questions and obtain preliminary buy-in to proceed
Risk Coordination & Information Gathering
Identify merchants that may be higher-risk or require additional checks
Request and collect supplementary information and documentation from merchants
Submit complete and well-structured cases to the internal Risk team for assessment
Act as a liaison between merchants and Risk to clarify questions when needed
