Job Description
Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers. Promote and sell MIG Wires, Welding Electrodes, Fasteners, and Industrial Lubricants. Visit customers, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients across assigned territories. Travel within the state and to other states as required for business development. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution. Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and update CRM records. Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction after sales.
